What’s included with our Free Flat Repair service?
Our service begins with a careful internal and external inspection of your tire by one of our experts to determine the cause and extent of any damage. This allows us to determine if your tire can be repaired, or will need to be replaced.
If your flat tire, run-flat tire, or underinflated tire is fixable, we’ll repair it in accordance with the Rubber Manufacturers Association's (RMA) guidelines at no cost to you by properly plugging or patching any punctures from the inside.
If your tire can’t be repaired, we’ll let you know that it's time to buy a new tire. Should you choose to purchase with Tire Giants, we'll help you find a quality new or used one suited to your needs. We’ll also rebalance your tires.
Why is immediate flat tire repair important?
If your tire is flat, a proper tire repair can help you avoid purchasing a new tire before your old one has reached the end of its useful life. And if it’s leaking air slowly, a proper repair will help it maintain its air pressure, so you can avoid an unexpected flat before it happens.
When should I have my tire inspected?
Stay ready for anything by inspecting your tires at least once a month for signs of damage. If any are present, or if you are experiencing continuous pressure loss, come see us so we can dismount the tire in question to inspect it and determine if a repair can be made.
Our repair services include most common repairs:
- Interior Patch/Plug (nails, debris, etc)
